Kopftuchstreit in Speyer zieht Kreise - Schüler werden zur Zielscheibe von Mobbing und Hass
Soeben erreichte unsere Partei folgender Hilferuf aus Speyer!
Der Artikel wurde komplett vom Blog homo homini lupus übernommen, der die Schülergruppe vertritt. Alle Rechte an diesem Eintrag liegen bei dem zitiertem Blog!
Wir die Republikaner nehmen diesen Hilferuf ernst, da man sich damit an uns gewandt hat und werden unser möglichstes tun, hier etwas zu erreichen!
An die Landesregierung Rheinland-Pfalz
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wir möchten Sie im folgenden Sachverhalt um Unterstützung ersuchen. An unserem Kolleg ist während des laufenden Schuljahrs eine Lehrerin versetzt worden, die aus religiösen Gründen auf das Tragen des Kopftuchs besteht. Wir lehnen das Verhalten der Lehrerin aufgrund der Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts aus dem Jahr 2003 ab. In dem Urteil wird ausdrücklich auch auf die Wahrung der negativen Religionsfreiheit Bezug genommen und die Landesregierungen dazu aufgefordert, entsprechende klärende Gesetze zu erlassen.
Unser Ersuchen lautet daher wie folgt:
1.
Bewahrung unseres Grundrechts auf negative Religionsfreiheit.
2.
Eine landesrechtliche Umsetzung der Vorgaben des BVerfG.
3.
Entfernung der betreffenden Lehrerin von der Schule, sofern diese nichtbereit ist, auf das Kopftuch zu verzichten.
4.
Gewährleistung eines Schutzes vor Mobbing, Bedrohungen und anderen Repressalien.
5.
Klärung des Sachverhalts, warum die Polizei hinsichtlich gegenüber uns ausgesprochener Drohungen, keine Strafanzeige trotz entsprechender Aufforderung aufnimmt.
Die betroffene Schülergruppe des Speyer-Kolleg
Es ist selbstverständlich, dass die Namen der Schüler hier nicht veröffentlicht werden. Daher auch der Weg, einen offenen Brief über einen Blog zu veröffentlichen. Die anderen Blogs werden gebeten, den offenen Brief aufzunehmen und zu verbreiten.
Über den Kopftuchstreit in Speyer haben wir bereits hier und hier berichtet. In der letzten Woche wurde den Schülern des Speyer-Kollegs eine neue Lehrerin präsentiert. Diese hätte eigentlich eine Stelle am Eleonoren-Gymnasium in Worms antreten sollen. Dort wurde die Lehrerin jedoch aufgrund der Kopftuchproblematik sofort wieder versetzt und an das Speyer-Kolleg durchgereicht.
Die Aufsichts- und Dienstleistungsdirektion Rheinland-Pfalz in Trier (ADD) hat innerhalb von drei Tagen dafür gesorgt, dass Lehrerin C. eine Anstellung am Speyer-Kolleg erhält. Ausnahmsweise zeigt sich hier Deutschland von seiner absolut unbürokratischen Seite.
Seltsamerweise hat das Speyer-Kolleg in Sachen Stellenbesetzung kein Mitspracherecht erhalten. Ein Defizit an Lehrern für die Fächerkombination der neuen Lehrerin (Deutsch und Sozialkunde) besteht erst recht nicht.
Die drei Klassen der E-Stufe werden jetzt in zwei von sechs Deutschstunden von der Lehrerin mit Kopftuch unterrichtet. Im Fach Sozialkunde wurde sogar der komplette Unterricht durch diese Frau übernommen. Der bisherige Stundenplan musste extra für diese neue Situation vollständig umgestellt werden.
Eine Gruppe von Schülern ist mit der Besetzung der - offensichtlich nicht vakanten, sondern künstlich geschaffenen - Stelle nicht einverstanden gewesen. Abgesehen von „Kleinigkeiten”, wie der komplett verdrehte neue Stundenplan, stört die Schüler ihre Unterrichtung durch eine Lehrerin mit Kopftuch. Für diese Schüler ist das Kopftuch unter anderem ein Zeichen für die Unterdrückung der Frauen. Die Protestgruppe sieht sich mit ihrer Auffassung von dem baden-württembergischen Gesetz, in dessen Begründung es heißt: „[…] aufgrund der Regelung sei das Tragen eines Kopftuchs unzulässig, weil zumindest ein Teil seiner Befürworter damit eine mindere Stellung der Frau […] als auch eine fundamentalistische, kämpferische Stellungnahme für ein theokratisches Staatswesen verbindet” bestätigt. In ihrem Protest berufen sie sich auf die Entscheidung des BVerfG aus dem Jahr 2003. Rheinland Pfalz hat es offensichtlich bisher versäumt, hier entsprechende landesrechtliche Vorschriften zu erlassen.
Dies weiß auch die Lehrerin C., die bei ihrer Vorstellung gegenüber den Schülern sinngemäß äußerte: „Ich unterrichte Sozialkunde und weiß daher, wie lange Gesetze brauchen, bis sie erlassen sind. Bis dahin haben Sie alle Abitur oder auch nicht.”
Die Schülergruppe wird massiv gemobbt und das an einer Schule, die den Studierenden „Unterstützung auf dem Weg sich an gesellschaftlichen und politischen Prozessen sachkundiger und bewusster beteiligen zu können” bieten möchte. Mitschüler bezeichnen die „Abweichler” als Nazis und Faschisten.
Es soll nicht unterschlagen werden, dass die Kopftuchlehrerin vor allen anderen Schülern der Klasse alle Schüler befragt hat, ob sie für oder gegen sie sind. Es lebe der Pranger!
Eine Schülerin dieser Gruppe hat eine Droh-E-Mail bekommen. Als sie sich diesbezüglich an den Rektor wandte, äußerte dieser sinngemäß: „Da sehen sie mal, was rauskommt, wenn Sie an die Presse gehen.”
Die aufgesuchte Polizei, bei der Anzeige erstattet werden sollte, zeigte sich ähnlich unberührt. Die Schülerin wurde auf dem Flur abgefertigt und es wurde ihr sehr deutlich nahe gelegt, den Boykott aufzugeben. Gleichzeitig äußerte der Chef der Dienststelle, sie trage ja selbst ein Kreuz, dürfe sich also gar nicht äußern. Man verweigerte die Aufnahme einer Strafanzeige.
Alle Gespräche mit dem Rektor und der Schulleitung verliefen ergebnislos. Die Gruppe der Protestler soll nun zumindest hinsichtlich des Sozialkundeunterrichts in eine andere Klasse versetzt werden.
Und zu guter Letzt deutet der Rektor auch noch an, dass es zur Streichung des BAföG kommt, wenn die Schüler den Unterricht der Kopftuchlehrerin weiter boykottieren.
Das Lehrerkollegium hält sich weitgehend, entsprechend ihrer beamtenrechtlichen Verpflichtung, aus dem Streit heraus. Nur eine Lehrerin, die nebenberuflich freie Journalistin ist, deutete an, dass sie die Namen der Schüler in dem Blatt, für das sie schreibe, veröffentlichen werde.
Die Landtagsabgeordnete Friederike Ebli (SPD), die anfangs ihre Unterstützung mehr oder minder avisierte, hat diese Unternehmungen auf Eis gelegt bzw. mitgeteilt, dies sei alles schon längst beim Ministerium und würde dort entschieden. Diese Aussage hilft den gemobbten Schülern in ihrer misslichen Lager derzeit herzlich wenig. Zu eng scheinen die Verwicklungen mit der Kopftuchlehrerin und der Hobbyjournalistin.
Was in der Schule passiert, gleicht einer Hetzjagd und ist letztendlich Mobbing auf hohem Niveau. Die Abweichler sollen gebrandmarkt, gespalten und psychisch eingeschüchtert werden. Man isoliert sie und stellt ihre finanzielle Existenzgrundlage in Frage. Und alles nur, weil sie ihr Recht aus Art. 4 GG, die negative Religionsfreiheit, in Anspruch nehmen.
Es ist fraglich, wie lange diese jungen Menschen noch durchhalten können. Sie brauchen dringend unsere Unterstützung.
PS: Am kommenden Mittwoch sollen am Kolleg die Gespräche mit dem ADD stattfinden. Die „Kopftuchlehrerin” hat sich heute offiziell krank gemeldet.

Sehr geehrter Hr. Rolf S.
Die Republikaner haben den offiziellen Hilferuf erst gestern überreicht bekommen, vom Betreiber des Blog homo homini lupus. Natürlich habe wir sofort reagiert und alle Institutionen über diese Sache informiert. Bis hoch zum Bundesvorstand dar Partei wurde die Sache getragen. Dass wir innerhalb von 24 Std nicht die Welt auf den Kopf stellen können, dürfte jedem einleuchten und mehr Zeit ist bisher nicht vergangen.
Ich verspreche jedoch, dass wir an der Sache dranbleiben und helfen werden, sogut es eben geht. Alle Personen sind hier gefragt und werden sich einsetzen, denn dafür sind wir ja auch da. Wenn die Bürger uns brauchen, muss man uns verständigen, wir können nicht handeln, wenn man uns nicht fragt!
Nun sind wir gefragt worden und es werden alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt um etwas zu erreichen. Nach meinem Erkenntnisstand wurde die entsprechende Person bis auf weiteres beurlaubt. So war eine Kurzauskunft, welche mir zugeleitet wurde.
Mehr dazu wird man sicherlich auch in Zukunft hier lesen, denn ich werde mich auch selbst um diese Sache kümmern, da man an mich herangetreten ist!
Wichtig ist es jedoch, dass die Bürger auch Hilfe wollen und sich nicht abwenden und tun als ob nichts gewesen ist. Die Bürger müssen mitmachen, denn sonst wird sich nie etwas ändern bei solchen Problemen.
Die Behörden setzen auf die Ignoranz der Bürger und damit sind die bisher gut bedient worden. Es wird endlich Zeit. dass sich auch der Bürger zu Wort meldet und nicht einfach alles duldet was man ihm vorsetzt.
Alleine schon die Drohung die Existenzgrundlage zu entziehen, Bafög usw. zeigt doch deutlich, we weit es mit der Dempkratie bisher gekommen ist. Wir brauchen auch die Unterstützung der Bürger um etwas erreichen zu können.
